Please read this Legal Notice carefully because it governs your use of www.yiliyuli.com and affects your rights and liabilities under the law.  As a user of this website (“site”) (hereinafter referred to as “you/your”),  you acknowledge that any use of this site including any transactions you make is subject to our terms and conditions set out below.

1 GENERAL

1.1 Your purchase from this site, or offline shall be governed by the terms and conditions set out below. Please note that before placing any orders with us, you shall check and agree to these terms and conditions.

1.2 We may amend this site, and will reserve the right to revise the prices and these terms and conditions at any time.

1.3 Delivery will be charged in addition to your purchase, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply.

1.4 All images, sizes and measurements are approximate but we will try our utmost to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.

2. ORDER PROCESS

2.1 Please follow our shopping pages to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us.

2.2 All orders that you place will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. We may choose not to accept your order if your purchase shown on the website is not available.

2.3 The ‘confirmation’ stage sets out the final details of your order.  However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

2.4 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered, at which time we will send to you an order despatch confirmation email.

3. DELIVERY

3.1 We will contact you by email if an item which you have ordered is no longer available and we will make a refund.

3.2 The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate, the delivery times stated are for guidance only. Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.  Products will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation.

3.3 We have the right to choose the means and carrier with which we deliver your order.

3.4 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 All intellectual property rights of our products and information online and offline created by yiliyuli shall belong to yiliyuli.  The Customer shall not obtain any rights therein.

7. GOVERNING LAW

The laws of Malaysia shall govern these Terms. The Customer and yiliyuli agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
