REFUNDS

To facilitate our refund process for your online purchase, please contact us and request for a “Refund form”.   Please state reason for your return. Upon consent from us, please print and return your purchase to the designated address. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the date of your item has been received by us. All undamaged, correctly returned products purchased online will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including GST, sales taxes, excluding shipping charges.

It is important to note that if we receive the return goods as faulty, we will be unable to refund.

We will not be able to accept returns for the following items.

• Items on sale
